When we used to go in search of the right short term hires to cover unexpected absences and illnesses, we struggled. Finding agency staff was time consuming and often they were just making up the numbers. By combining our real-world experience of running nurseries with our passion for helping little ones, we created Staff On Demand to be the Supply Agency we always wanted.
Since that moment, we’ve made it our mission to connect you with an emergency bank of staff in the childcare sector. It’s about being the solution that works for nurseries, parents and most of all the children in every aspect. Your new temporary staff will be masters of storytelling, are ready to coordinate engaging outdoor play, and can even come equipped with ready made activities to freshen things up.
To make it happen, we’ve built a family-run business across two generations to help you connect with everyone from Early Year Practitioners and Nursery Assistants, to Nursery Managers and Support Workers.
